Our values define the very core of our business - they guide us through our everyday activities and underpin everything we do.
You can send payments to @OokamiMori on PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp! I also take cash for in person exchanges and clients.
I have no shame in disclaiming my ADHD and Autism diagnosis’s and recognize they do significantly impact my day to day life. I also have a connective tissue disorder called Stickler Syndrome and have injuries frequently, as such I do have to take breaks more frequently to help avoid constant strain. My eldest Border Collie, Aki, also has focal seizures and compulsive tenancies that can take a lot of my energy away. If I haven’t reached out in a bit, please don’t hesitate to send me a reminder message! There’s a 10/10 chance I’ll thank you profusely for sending the message back to the top of my indox!
Yes, unfortunately since this is my main source of income, I am unable to do work prior to pieces being paid in full. However, I am happy to arrange payment plans for larger commissions.
While I agree with the saying train the dog in front of you, I do not personally use tools such as prongs or electric collars with dogs that I work with. However, if you do use one and are interested in working with me, I ask that you please do NOT cease use of your tools immediately! I encourage clients to use what they feel safe and comfortable with in our meetings and I would never advocate for someone to suddenly drop their sense of security. However, if you feel you would like to continue primary use of a tool and are looking for someone to help with that, then I may not be the right trainer for you. I am happy to refer you out to someone who is more familiar with tool use, though, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
This does vary, but I try to have all art completed within 3 months unless communicated otherwise. I’m always striving to do better, and there are times where my turn around time is a few days to a couple hours… but let’s go with, you’re likely to wait no longer than 3 months for any standard projects.
Unfortunately, once I have begun the project, I do not offer refunds. I am happy to make any needed adjustments, though, until youre happy with the outcome!*
*Understand we are all human and sometimes things dont go as planned, there are always exceptions and if I am unable to meet a requirement of a commitment for some reason, I am more than happy to do what I can, within reason, to make things right. Refunds are not available to Surprise Ship commissions, instead I can offer additional alterations with buyer paying both return shipping costs for portraits that were misrepresented in their provided reference photo. Most alternations will be done at no extra charge unless greater than a 25% change.
